Viktoria Nesen

I am Viktoria Nesen, a young artist from Moscow. Since childhood I was driven by desire to paint, create and endlessly come up with anything fascinating and captivating my imagination.
From the earliest period of my creative path, coloristic artistic endeavors beguiled me and at the same time I have a massive influence of graphic design school. The reflection of it can be spotted in my works as a symbiosis of two equally crucial for me aspects of art.
As good luck would have it, I was blessed with an opportunity to learn from the best – artist Mikhail Babenkov has a huge impact on my artistic perception. Thanks to his guidance I applied to Alma mater of Russian avant-garde -University go Moscow Printed Art. Student life there was full of exhibitions and contests. After successfully graduated i have presented my personal exhibition. At the same time, I was fighting with cancer. This greatly influenced to my art.
In terms of work process, emotion is always a trigger, a starting point, however the creation itself requires finding solutions for artistic challenges. In a word, it is the main goal – to overcome yourself by getting out of your comfort zone. I believe if we confine ourselves to an easier way we lose originality and unique artistic vision. My art gives freedom to observe your own feelings evoked by my images and symbols the canvas.
